Receipt & Warranty Vault keeps every important receipt on your phone, reads it for you, and counts down to the last day you can return an item and the day its warranty ends. Install it as an app from this page and it works like any other app on your home screen — even offline.
How to use it
- Tap Add receipt and take a photo. The vault reads the shop, date, total and any return or warranty period for you — or type the details yourself.
- Check the return and warranty dates and save. Add them to your phone’s calendar with one tap so you get a reminder.
- Open the vault any time to see what is due soon, search old receipts, or show a receipt at the shop counter.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my receipts stored?
On your own device only, inside your browser’s private storage. Toolzees cannot see your vault. Use Backup to save a copy to a file, because clearing your browser data or losing your phone also removes the vault.
Is the photo reading private?
When you choose to scan a receipt, the photo (made smaller) is sent securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) to read it, and the result comes straight back to your phone. Toolzees does not store it. You can always type details in yourself instead.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free with no sign-up. Toolzees is supported by advertising.
How do I install it?
Tap Install app at the top of the vault. On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen.
