Using Toolzees

Toolzees provides free online utilities for lawful, personal, educational, and business use. You are responsible for the information you enter, the files you process, and how you use any output.

Free access

All Toolzees tools are available without a paid membership or subscription. Toolzees may display advertising to support hosting, security, and development costs.

Your files and content

You must have the right to use and process anything you submit. Most tools work locally in your browser. Files submitted to Office to PDF are processed temporarily on the server and deleted after conversion, subject to automatic cleanup of interrupted jobs.

Prohibited use

Do not use Toolzees to break the law, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attack systems, evade security controls, overload the service, or process content you are not authorised to handle.

No professional advice

Toolzees calculators, converters, generators, and informational outputs are provided for general convenience. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, engineering, or other professional advice.

Toolzees Assistant

The Toolzees Assistant is provided to help locate site tools and answer general questions about Toolzees. Automated replies can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on an assistant reply for professional advice, important decisions, or confirmation that a particular output is correct.
